Duplicate Identification & Resolution
Duplicate record prevention is the cornerstone of data integrity and is provided in all tiers of AMSA Connect. Duplicates are flagged and quarantined for resolution at processing. In AMSA Connect each integration is accompanied by an error report that allows the client to interact with the specific error data presented. Error reports also feed data to the Analytics panel. AMSA Connect provides duplicate resolution for person demographic records that are integrated into the institutional SIS/ ERP system.
Custom Form/Reports For ERP/SIS
AMSA Connect’s custom forms allow organizations to replace the functionality of a custom WebAdvisor, or other obsolete process for data collection and or processing. Any custom form includes reports and analytics related to the data being collected. These forms can be created by organizational staff as well. (Training provided)
Background Checking
With background checking from AMSA Connect, organizations can leverage valuable information in the hiring process, to help decrease on-boarding time. Background checks like other enhancements options are available for data in transit are processed, and data extracted from Slate or Colleague directly for processing in batch.
Address Verification and Validation
AMSA Connect will verify and validate Address, Phone and Email data included in records processed for integration. Clean or Validated data is pushed to Augustana College target system. Error records are quarantined into respective error reports in AMSA Connect.
Wealth and Donor Screening
Provide your advancement department with additional wealth and donor screening data regarding financial status, interest and hobbies plus potential giving scores. Wealth and Donor Screening is available for data in transit via Integration, and data at rest for your organization’s data sources.
Smart Error Log
Allow Organizations to view and track errors occurring during integration and data processing. The AMSA Smart feature identifies corrected records and removes from error logs.
