Client Testimonials
“S.A.F.E. has allowed us to switch from playing defense to playing offense in the battle against fraud and protecting data integrity.
Fraud applications is something that we have been dealing with every enrollment cycle. And every iteration of this, it’s harder for us to identify because the scammers are getting better at hiding their actions and their actions are more and more damaging every time. Furthermore, the ramifications this has on our data is so much more damaging than people would realize because we rely so heavily on that data. We report that data, we report that data, we rely on that data to make our decisions, help to inform our decisions.
Nobody even had any recommendations that were anything better than what I came up with on my own. When we did it internally, we went to Experian. We went to a whole bunch of places. We got some demos on people that were trying to say we might be able to rework an existing product to make work for you. And after months, we just kind of said, all right, there’s nothing out there. We just have to wait for the ERP provider to develop something to help us. And then it was somewhat serendipitous that one of our sister institutions had reached out to AMSA with the same problem.
I would say, in reality, I consider S.A.F.E. first to market because I saw no true competitor in the marketplace that offers the solution in a way that I felt really addressed the need, as opposed to some rudimentary checks.”

“As the only technical resource on campus who’s not part of the IT department, it was critical that S.A.F.E. be easy to implement into my CRM environment without requiring a lot of support from the IT team. The implementation of this tool couldn’t have been easier. I think we had the integration live and ready to test after less than an hour on a zoom call.
S.A.F.E. analyzes every application for ID integrity, effectively stopping any suspicious applicants from getting into our SIS. It’s already reduced the number of applications I need to review manually by more than 50%, and provides an objective means to evaluate applicant validity without using potentially discriminatory subjective criteria.
S.A.F.E. was the ONLY product I found that delivered a comprehensive ID verification solution with a seamless Salesforce integration and no specialized technology expertise (beyond Salesforce knowledge) to deploy and manage.
Any B2C organization that has a CRM and an intake process reliant solely on customer-supplied identity data could benefit. In the EDU space, community colleges or other EDU institutions with open admissions, low or no application fees, and a mission focus to ensure educational access will see tremendous benefits both for the institution and for their constituents (by protecting ID theft victims AND by not requiring the creation of barriers to access in an attempt to improve security).
Prior to launching S.A.F.E., we determined that approximately 25% of our Fall 2022 applicant pool was fake. Since deploying S.A.F.E., it’s catching nearly 30% of our applicants as fake without us ever having to waste a minute looking at them. We’ve not had a single chargeback or notification from collections that someone we’ve billed was never actually a student on an application that S.A.F.E. approved.“
